Neurodivergent and disability support is not one thing. It is interconnected — education, advocacy, regulation, inclusion, compassion, accessibility, systems support, and community.

Canadian Neurodivergent & Disabilities Hub

Support, Education, and Resources for Disability-Informed Families and Professionals

CNDH is a growing education and resource hub created by Jessica Poon, offering disability-informed support, regulation-based learning, and practical guidance for families and professionals.

Rooted in Regulation is the education and learning branch of CNDH. It reflects Jessica’s teaching approach — grounded in lived experience, accessibility, and real-world application — and focuses on helping people understand regulation, disability, and support in ways that are human, respectful, and usable.

New courses, workshops, and learning resources are currently in development.
